Ze (pronounced Zay) Frank is an Internet celebrity, digital savant and comedian. His influential web series, “The Show,” set new standards for audience interaction. Before moderating an evening with Jane McGonigal on the power of gaming, he sat down for our “In The Green Room” Q&A.

Q. What music did you listen to today?
A. I don’t think I listened to any music today.

Q. If you had a large sum of money to give to any cause, what cause would it be?
A. Architecture for Humanity.

Q. What is your most prized material possession?
A. It’s a big toss up between this guitar I have and my computer.

Q. What is your fondest childhood memory?
A. Falling asleep under a huge pile of coats at a party.

Q. What’s your guilty pleasure?
A. Jersey Shore.

Q. What’s your favorite thing about LA?
A. Leo Carrillo Beach.

Q. What’s one piece of advice you would give to an up-and-comer?
A. Make things for the world to see, in a way that your presence is impossible to deny. I gave that advice to my little sister, who is an artist.

Q. What’s the last thing that made you laugh really hard?
A. Bill Cosby.

Q. What’s your biggest weakness?
A. Childhood forces. Fear. In psychological literature: I have massive, chronic projections.

Q. If you could bid for one item on Ebay, what would you bid for?
A. Ebay.
