I Eat Sopa De Caracol When I’m Homesick

Heber Hernandez

I was born in Honduras. I’ve been in L.A. for 14 years. But sometimes I get homesick. When I do, I go to Honduras Kitchen Restaurant and have sopa de caracol (conch soup), a light seafood stew that is so simple but so good.

I listen to Coldplay and nap on the bus. I need to rest so I can do my homework when I get home. I’m studying computer science. I want to build a really cool app one day and sell it to Apple.
