Save a Little Bit, Be Consistent, and Put Away What You Can

George L.

I’m an investment manager. It sounds like an important job. It’s not that important, but it’s very enjoyable. I like interacting with the people and the markets, and it changes every day. Some basics to know about investment: Save a little bit, be consistent, and put away what you can. Money grows over time.

I like to read the Wall Street Journal and New York Times on my iPad on the Gold Line. I follow the markets and current financial events. I used to carry all the newspapers in my briefcase and had to wait for the paper to get delivered. Not anymore.
