Anthony Luis Sandoval
I go to school at Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, and I’m going home to San Pedro. I’m a military vet. I’ve been cooking since I was 9 years old. When I got out of the Army, I had to do some soul searching to figure out my education.
I stopped at Union Station on the way here and celebrated my new job cooking on Catalina Island with a drink at the bar. I shared the chocolate truffles I made today in class with everyone.
