When I’m on the bus, I read Vanidades magazine or talk to other ladies. It’s always a good time. Sometimes, I just stay quiet and listen to people speaking other languages. The sounds and the way they speak are beautiful.
I came to L.A. on my own from El Salvador to find work. L.A. is where I live and it’s the place where I’ll die.
