You get to know a lot of people on the train and the bus. You share information, you learn new things. I’ve even made friends. If I’m not talking to somebody, I’m probably doing my makeup.
When I ride with my kids, I take extra time to talk to them and answer any questions they have about just about anything. I carry snacks for them: juice, water, crackers. And I always carry an extra bag, just in case I decide to go shopping.
