Michael Sanchez

Taking the bus shortens my commute, from an hour and 20 minutes to 50 minutes. I play angry birds on my phone and go on Instagram.

I work at Martin Luther King hospital for the L.A. County Department of Health Services. To be a nurse, you really have to be passionate about helping people and able to deal with situations. I’m a nurse in primary care, so I see everything. I saw someone that was shot in the chest twice and once in the leg. He made it.
