I’m a courtesy clerk at Pavilions. I help bag, I do customer service, I help customers find stuff in the store, and I answer the phones. I take the bus and train to get to work every day. You always hear what people are talking about. When I’m wearing my apron, sometimes they’ll ask me questions about the store. We’ve even gotten new customers that way.
On my commute I think about whether it’s going to be a busy day. How many customers we’re going to have. What’s going to happen today. What my shift is going to be like.
